About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and
detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team. This role is
critical in overseeing the execution and administration of
contracts. As a Contract Manager, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, finance, and
operations, to develop and manage agreements that align with
organizational objectives.The base salary offered for this role and
level of experience will begin at $116,100 and up to $161,300.
Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive
equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be
higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and
experience.In this role, you can expect to
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements
align with business objectives while mitigating risks.
- Take day-to-day lead on contracts management process, working
closely with the commercial legal team to ensure an organized
contract lifecycle process and up-to-date processes and policies
across all of our business teams.
- Conduct initial reviews of commercial contracts under the
supervision of commercial lawyers, identifying key terms, risks,
and areas requiring further legal input.
- Manage the library and version control for member agreements,
ensuring accurate documentation, organization, and access for
internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage and track contracts, including approvals
routing, signatures, and archiving.
- Track and manage contract amendments, ensuring changes are
properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.To
thrive in this role, you have
- 5+ years of contract management experience.
- Proficiency in Contract Management Tools - Familiarity with
contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and document
management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign).
- A strong attention to detail for reviewing contracts to ensure
accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, procurement,
finance, and operational teams to align contract terms with
business goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly
convey contract terms, obligations, and expectations.
- The ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a
