Job Description:
Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk with the
following experience:
Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written
communication skills, experience working with deadlines, attention
to detail and experience processing a high volume of invoices.
Job duties: Reviewing daily work received, making corrections as
needed, and preparing check requests for processing. Audit of
expense reports, including follow up with office staff to get
missing documentation. Experience working with vendors to resolve
Accounts Payable issues and ability to work in a fast paced
environment. Providing Excel reports as needed. Strong Excel
skills, 10-key, minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience, degree
