Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Scenario Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Source, review, and recommend loans that may fall outside of
product policies
Collaborate with the capital markets team to assess loan
feasibility and structure
Evaluate project risks and customer capabilities to determine loan
approval
Qualifications
Experience in lending for real estate investors, particularly in
residential and construction
Proficiency in sizing, underwriting, and pricing investment
loans
Preliminary underwriting experience is a plus
Demonstrated success in sales and originations
Ability to understand and execute on credit criteria and policy
parameters
