Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Cybersecurity to lead and
shape its cybersecurity function within the IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the cybersecurity function to ensure high-quality information
security management aligned with business goals
Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program to
protect information assets and ensure compliance with
regulations
Manage cybersecurity incidents and events, enhancing the
organization's security posture and compliance with relevant
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
12+ years of experience in Information Technology
5+ years of experience leading diverse teams
5+ years of leadership responsibilities in strategy and team
development
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as
SOX, HIPAA, and PCI/DSS
