Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Specialist to lead
and facilitate client projects and retainers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client projects and retainers from initiation to completion,
developing comprehensive project plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the primary
point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Monitor project scope and resource utilization, providing regular
reports to the leadership team
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of project management experience
Experience with website migration and/or web development
projects
2-3 years of experience in HubSpot
Experience with project management systems such as Asana,
Monday.com, Wrike, ClickUp, or Teamwork
G Suite experience including Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google
Docs, and Google Sheets
