Cutting-edge AI semiconductor startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. Backed by top-tier investors and leading technology partners, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-growth, high-impact team. As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the CEO's scheduling and support executive staff meetings by capturing detailed notes and tracking action items while overseeing office operations including shipping/receiving and event planning. Someone with exceptionally high standards for organization, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Previous tech experience is a must, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company professionally across various stakeholder interactions. This is an in-office role based in Mountain View. 140-160K+ DOE + equity + benefits & 401k.Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar and scheduling with precision and strategic foresight.
• Prepare and provide support for meetings including weekly Executive Meetings and monthly All-Hands. Taking detailed notes and tracking action items to manage follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting briefs and notes, including drafting presentations and bios.
• Recognize inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and boost executive productivity.
• Organize company events and meetings, milestone celebrations, and team-building activities.
• Oversee daily office operations, including shipping/receiving, vendor management, stocking supplies and food, and logistical coordination.
• Facilitate communication cross-functionally with executive teams to ensure the CEO is informed and updated.
• Provide light scheduling and ad hoc project support to the Co-Founder as needed.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professional judgment.Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role ideally in a fast-paced, tech environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable detail orientation.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to enhance productivity.
• Proactive problem-solver to find solutions independently and take strong initiative.
• High EQ and business acumen for handling various stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Discreet and trustworthy when managing confidential information.
