Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced , energetic and team
oriented Primary Care (IM or FM) Advanced Practice Provider (NP) in
Belmont, CA. Practice Highlights:

Compensation/Benefits Include:
- Compensation Range : $120,000 - $140,000/year
- Sign on, productivity and quality bonuses

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning and
Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings. Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of
California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by
Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses Pay
Range$57.69 - $67.30 /hourCompensation Information:$57.69 / Hourly
