Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy & Growth
to drive strategic initiatives and growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and test hypotheses around growth initiatives through
market analysis and operational metrics
Lead special projects aimed at achieving growth targets, including
pilot programs and new market strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and
ensure successful execution of growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment
banking, startup business strategy, or operations
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
and methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus
Familiarity with logistics, storage, or moving industries is a
plus
