Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor -
Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and translate them into
implementation plans
Develop and execute project plans for software implementation and
upgrades
Provide guidance and support to ensure successful software adoption
and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bilingual is preferred
Associate degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of
two years in customer success or technical support
2-3 years of experience using similar software solutions
Experience in managing diverse groups and training
2+ years of marketing experience is a plus
