-getting the right inspectors to the right job on time,


-ready to work with the right equipment;


-Maximizing the effectiveness of inspector skills and availability;


-Meeting customer time commitments while minimizing travel time and overtime;


-Keeping records of calls and work orders;


-Dispatching assignments and relaying messages and special instructions;


-Providing accurate information regarding services available;
